I feel this. I've been reminded that I've let the cocooning of Covid concerns reduce the amount of physical I do, so I've been trying to just add "a bit" to the day, in the hopes I can make it habitual, and routine, rather than an obligation.
With luck we'll be complaining about the ways we aren't still "young" for a long while yet.
I waited a while to read this, because I wasn't in a space to handle it if it was negative. But man, this dovetails with how I feel lately with my own health issues. My grandfather lived to 92 with the same condition I've got, but that doesn't mean I will. So I keep trying to get healthier, and I keep making mistakes, and looking down the road hoping I have the time I want.

It's really a thing, isn't it? Senescence is a terrible idea! And Full Of Feelings. Hugs, if wanted.
Hugs are always good. Hope we get a chance to chat in Glasgow!
